Dear Paul Bunyan Show Exhibitor:

Welcome to the 2012 Official Paul Bunyan Show^SM on-line exhibitor registration. The 2012 Show dates are October 5-7, 2012. This Trade Show will bring together key decision-makers, buyers and users of the forest products industry in Ohio and the surrounding states.

Please note that we have changed the layout of the show grounds, primarily for safety and liability reasons. See the map for noted changes. We have added a safer area for live chipper and grinder demonstrations at the north end of the infield. Show Management would also like to keep similar equipment in the same general area of the Show, and this is reflected in the new arrangement of the booth categories.

Please submit your contract as soon as possible and indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd location choices. Booth assignments will begin August 1, 2012 at which time you will receive a confirmation indicating your booth location. It is very important that you indicate on your contract if there is a particular exhibitor that you wish or do not wish to be near, and if you will be running live equipment during the show. These factors will be taken into consideration when booth assignments are made.

As always, the mission of the Paul Bunyan Show^SM is to provide access to current knowledge and technology which enhances the quality of life and market competitiveness of individuals, families, industries, and communities. This mission is accomplished by showcasing research, products and services through educational exhibits, presentations, and demonstrations on the forest industries and natural resources.

This year’s Show features: live equipment sales and demonstrations ● Ohio State and International Lumberjack Competitions ● Great Lakes Timber Show ● Game of Logging Final Competitions ● 2012 Great Firewood Shootout^TM ● Log Loader Competition ● Events and seminars designed for professional loggers, forest landowners, portable band saw owners, wildlife enthusiasts, high production sawmills (saw filing and maintenance) and the general public.

You may register to exhibit online or by printing and returning the Contract and Space Reservation Form to our office. Please read all rules and regulations carefully.

The Ohio Forestry Association, Inc. and the Guernsey County Fair Board are anxious to accommodate each exhibitor to the best of our ability while ensuring a successful show for all involved.
