OFA participated in a coalition of trade associations, including the Ohio Aggregates and Industrial Minerals Association, the Ohio Ready Mixed Concrete Association, and Flexible Pavements of Ohio, to address inequities in proposed rate schedules for small businesses in the AEP rate plan scheduled for PUCO vote in December, 2011. Here is the letter to PUCO Chairman Todd Snitchler explaining the concerns of the coalition and how GS2 and GS3 rate customers will be affected.
