OFA Urgess Senate to co-sponsor Forest Products Fairness Act

OFA urges Ohio’s Senators Portman and Brown to co-sponsor the Forest Products Fairness Act, S. 2346. This act would include "forest products” within the Biobased Markets Program in the Farm Bill which in turn would give preference to wood products as being "biobased.” Current USDA policies do not allow inclusion of forest products in these programs.
