Need Trees?
It’s that time of year again. Most of the county Soil & Water Conservation Districts are advertising for their annual tree sales. In looking at the Montgomery county tree order form, I see where they are offering several new trees this year, including Basswood, Sassafras, and Red Cedar. Their orders must be in by March 15. This is probably typical, so contact your local SWCD office soon if you want to order trees for planting this spring.
